Our team is offering EDI integration and workflow services using a fully licensed BizTalk Server 2016 environment. We specialize in X12 EDI document processing and custom workflows that connect trading partners, warehouse management systems, and accounting software.
Unlike traditional VANs that charge per transaction and connection, we’re a logistics company that already runs BizTalk Server for our own operations. We realized we could help other SMBs avoid the $500-1000/month VAN trap by sharing our existing infrastructure. Our pricing is simple because our costs are low, we’ve already invested in the platform and been doing this for ten years. You get enterprise-grade EDI without enterprise pricing.
Our BizTalk system currently supports our own 40,000 square foot warehouse and third-party logistics operations in Canada, handling order processing, invoicing, and inventory management reliably and efficiently. We operate our own on-site data center within the warehouse, built on two high-end servers configured in a replication failover setup, ensuring high reliability and minimal downtime.
We have direct experience working with partners such as SPS Commerce, integrating with QuickBooks, sending 856 Advance Ship Notices to Walmart, and connecting to custom warehouse management systems.
We also have extensive experience working with legacy systems. If your existing software does not expose modern HTTP APIs, we can integrate directly at the database level by writing SQL stored procedures to import or extract data, allowing older systems to communicate seamlessly with newer platforms.
In addition to EDI workflows, we can develop custom middleware solutions. If your partners send orders or invoices in Excel or CSV flat files, we can build automated processes to read, validate, and import those files into your system. If you don’t already have a central location for file exchange, we can set up secure FTP servers for you to send and receive data reliably.
We are looking to expand our services and help other small to medium-sized businesses that may be priced out by larger VANs and EDI mapping providers. Our goal is to provide the same level of enterprise-grade reliability and automation at a much more accessible cost.
Our rate:
$28.50 USD per hour or $40 CAD per hour for your setup fees which includes the development, mapping, testing phase, etc.
Monthly Fees:
$142.50 USD ($200 CAD) per month for one integration and an additional $35.50 USD ($50 CAD) per additional integration.
For example to receive 940s and automatically create Orders in your WMS, then when you ship to send 945s to your client and a 856 to Walmart this could cost $213.50 USD per month or $299.50 CAD per month.
